Woke up at 4am. I cant sleep the entire nite - derno whether I'm excited or I scared I will miss the flight. My dearie dad and mum woke up really early to send me off.. the usual reminders that you can get from any other parents - "Remember to lock the hotel door.. sleep with some lights on, don;t hang out too late at nite.." After that, I took a cab to pick phoebe up, only to realise she is still sleeping.. grr.. So we took breakie in the airport.. both of us looked dazed.
4 hours later, we say Hello to HK.
Upon arrival, we bought the 3 days Octopus card for 220HKD. And guess wad we saw... KRISPY KREME.. woo.. 6 for 58hkd i think. ex.. it's our daily prelude to breakfast. It's nice.. esp the chocolate fudge.
After that we took the Airport Express line to Olympics.. our humble little hotel at Anchor Street - right next to the firestation. (the firemen are actually quite hot.. ahhah). Well the weather wasn't cold.. I don't understand y people are cladded in jackets, long sleeves and boots.. Possibly juz wanna be trendy *shrugs*
Watching Symphony of Lights
I give respect to those people who design this thing. It's way too cool. The lights on each building dance to the rhythm of the music, giving a spectacular finish to the entire show. Grand and unforgettable.
Day 2 - Ocean Park
Woke up quite early to go to Ocean Park. Took a couple of rides. Boring. Animal shows are not too bad.. but after a while it kinda gets bored. Or probably it wasnt the theme park that is boring, it might be the irritating people around me that ruins it all (thou shall not mention who they are). But certain things in there are worth commenting.. like the signboards in the Shark Aquarium. The cable car ride was quite something. On our way back, the cable car kinda stopped - scary but cool.
Then we went to Admiralty to Causeway Bay areas. Discovered ATAS places like Pacific Place, LV, and all those big brands. I found the shop which I wanted to visit.. H&M. It;s like Topshop... It's kind of a wrong period to go cos' the clothes they are selling are for Fall.. We went to Lan Kwai Fong - the place with clubs and pubs and erm.. Gu Wah Zai.. lolz

After which we went to Mongkok.. We discovered a cool shopping centre with good deals. Awesome.. Things are like dirt cheap! Bought 3 pairs of shoes, 1 bag, a top and many other small items from there. (=
As for day 3 - 4, I;ll blog another day. tired. b4 i go.. let me show u..
